Shiny Tree

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

Thank you for all the Thanksgiving wishes.
It was truly a day to be thankful

And now the Christmas rush begins...

I love Gina K Designs' for quick and elegant Christmas cards.

The hardest part of doing these cards is making sure ALL the embossing
powder is melted.

Sometimes I ink around the edges, but this time, I left it and just added
a strip of gold foil at top and bottom.  I was glad I saved those leftover strips.

Challenges:
Peace on Earth Christmas #52 - The top right picture of the mood board.
Krafty Chicks #691 - All Occasion (Christmas)
Simply Clean and Simple - ATG (did not use the option)

Card Recipe
Stamps:  Sparkle & Shine (GKD)
Ink:   Encore Gold
Paper:   Dapper Denim, Gold Foil
Other:Gold EP, Gold stickers:

Enjoy!

I struggle with ensuring the embossing powder is melted too and it is often not until I have finished the card that I notice. I do love the gold on blue. Stunning xx

Hi Bonnie! Thanks so much for visiting during my play date with Michele and for your kind comments as well. Your cards all have a touch of elegance, mixed with gold or not.

Love that gold on the navy paper! Wish I'd think of designs like this. This turned out beautifully. I hear you about making sure all the embossing powder has melted especially with gold on blue!
