I rarely make cards with a special fold. I've had pretty good luck with
this box card.
This card has been folded, pierced with a backplate die, embossed and die cut.
I added a pocket on the back with a tag for the message.

Good Morning Bonnie - I hope I am not too early. You box card is not a simple card but a gift as well. And what better place to show off a gnome. Once again you have come up with a flawless design. I particularly like the leaf background on the outside of the box. This certainly puts a big smile on my face and I can't think of a better way to start my day

I think gnomes and mushrooms are a good mix and your card is darling, Bonnie. I don't do folds either but the images work great with the box.

Well done on doing something different - like you, I rarely use special folds. I love the cute gnome, the mushroom, and all the texture you incorporated.
This has worked really well, it creates such lovely depth. The embossing and piercing work really well to break up the white a little xx
Bonnie, I love that gnome. I have his cousin in my stash and its one I will never part with. Your box card is fabulous. So much texture here and I am a fan ob bold colors.
I love the depth of the extra dimension of this card. You've managed to create a really cool card, looking at it I have the impression that I too would fit behind this sweet gnome. A very interesting design, containing two surfaces embossed in a different pattern.

Bonnie, I don't think I have ever made this type of box card or if I have I don't recall. I think each one of the elements work so well together and I love the colors. That mushroom is terrific and looks so real! Thanks for playing at Seize the Birthday and have a great day!

Oh, so cute and fun! I'm guessing it folds flat for mailing, and then how cool that it can stand on display when received. I love it! Great idea to add a pocket and tag for the message. Very fun and adorable!
