Take Care

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

I have ignored my Betterpress for too long.
But before I press more, or buy more plates, I need to color all those
pieces I've already pressed and some that friends have shared with me too.

This was at the top of the pile.  The hummingbird was pressed on a leftover
piece of Betterpress paper.  After I colored him, I fussy cut him out and popped
him up for added dimension.

I love coloring on this Betterpress paper!  It takes the water so well and
works as well with Copics.

Challenges:
Triple B - I have birds and blooms.

Card Recipe
Stamps:  Hummingbird Nectar PP (Alt), Sentiment (Alt)
Ink:   BP Black, Versafine Onyx Black
Paper:   BP Porcelain, Black, Neenah Solar White
Other:  Arteza Twimarkers (Ruby Red, Moss Green, Lemon Yellow, Apple Green, Fern Green, Raspberry Red), Essential Arches Dies (SB)

Enjoy!

Beautiful job of watercoloring that image, Bonnie. I don't usually use their paper but I guess I'd better try if I want results like this.

A beautifully coloured hummingbird and flower and cut into that wonderful arched shaped backed with black gives great contrast, and the layered bird has great dimension Bonnie. x

This is beautiful! For as much as I love my hummers, I have no hummingbird stamps! You've captured this one perfectly!

Fantastic card, Bonnie. Your flowers are such a beautiful, deep shade. The addition of the colobra really brings the scene to life. The extra dimension enhances the naturalness of this beautiful scene. Beautiful card, my dear Bonnie.
