Christmas Bear

Hello.  I hope you've had a good week and have some fun planned for the weekend.

I have a twofer for you today.

A friend subscribes to the Spellbinder's kits and brought them to craft group to share.

I had the Winter Wishes - December kit and made two cards from it
using the bear die.

It's probably supposed to be a polar bear as in the first card.

My sister loves bears so I thought I'd make one in brown too.

I used some decorative paper from the kit, tore some snowbanks and cut the scarf from
a piece of felt I'd picked up from the thrift store.

I added some Dazzling Details for sparkle along the snowbanks.

I want to join in at Rudolph Days where Mo has
a Christmas challenge each month.
It's anything goes Christmas.

Delectable Die-Cuts

Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

Enjoy!

those bears look so sweet, we have lots of brown bears in British Columbia and have on the odd occasion been known to venture into the cities. Love those dies and your cards :)

I am always amazed at how you can change the color and make things look so different. These are both great cards and I love how you added the scarf to each of them. Your bears look so friendly.

2 adorable cards and what a different look for each by the color of the bear. Plus, as always, those special "Bonnie touches" like the red scarf and the b'grd paper and the torn snow drifts with sparkle.

You do have some amazing dies but it's how you use them that makes your cards so special. Love the use of the designer paper for the background on these. Wonderful framing too!

Two absolutely adorable cards Bonnie! That bear die was the whole reason I signed up for the Spellbinders monthly kit and it's still my favorite from all the kits I've received so far! Your polar bear in the little peek a boo window is just as sweet as can be and I love your brown bear too...cute, CUTE cards!! :0)

I love both of these cards Bonnie! Make for two great makes for the Christmas card stash! That die cut bear is so cool, I think you will get lots of uses out of him. I love him in the brown as much as I like him as a polar bear. Very versatile! Hugs, Brenda

Oh too funny, Bonnie. I just visited your vase of spring flower post, and coming here to these winter cards had me confused for a brief moment. *lol*😂. These bears are adorable. Very creative to make one polar and the other a grizzly. xx

I love both cards, Bonnie.
I have not seen a poplar bear but certainly have seen my fill of brown and black bears...and your looks very convincing!

Thanks for taking part in the March Rudolph Days Challenge.
