Silent Night for CAS Christmas

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by.

It's time for a new challenge at CAS Christmas.
I'm hosting this month and I chose...
One of my favorite Christmas traditions is singing Christmas Carols.
What's your favorite Christmas song?

It was hard to capture all the shine on this card.
The Silent Night sentiment is heat embossed with Rose Gold and the
Nativity is cut from copper foil.  There's a shaped mat of copper foil behind
the Inka Gold Smooshed label.

I found the background piece of specialty embossed paper in my stash.
It made me think of another favorite Christmas song,
Lo How a Rose E'er Blooming.
It was our choir leader's favorite Christmas song and brought back
lovely memories of past Christmases.

Check out the wonderful inspiration cards our talented Design Team have done
as well as our fabulous Guest Designer, Birgit.
I'm looking forward to singing along with your favorite Christmas songs at

Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.

Enjoy!

Gorgeous Bonnie, and I love the embossed background and then the die cut copper foil nativity scene looks wonderful over the gold smooshed label which goes beautifully, and Silent Night is one of my favourite carols. I have sung Lo How a Rose E'er Blooming quite a few times, it is such a beautifully melody, I have a feeling that I might have sung it with different words though, that happens sometimes. x

Gorgeous card, Bonnie! The shine must be much more beautiful in real life. I love that you put the Inka Gold Smooshed label behind the copper foil Nativity die-cut and dry embossed the front panel. Wonderful texture!

I love everything on this card. The specialty embossed paper really caught my eye, wowzers ...they should make a folder LOL. The copper foil with these colour tones gives a spectacular refinement. You have such an amazing collection of dies and you definitely know how to put them all together, impressive. xx
