Going in Circles

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

For my card, I used an alcohol ink lift background and added
stenciling in a similar color along one side and the opposite corner.

I've stamped a simple image to my background and added some glitter to the flower.

The card base is embossed with the Subtle Texture Embossing Folder.
The photo doesn't seem to pick that up.

A twofer....

This time I did some light handed stenciling and finished the card with some die cuts
from my stash and a little stamped hello.

Challenges:

Two lovely cards, Bonnie! Especially the first one in the soft shades of blue with the hints of brown. Beautiful use of the alcohol ink lift technique!

Two beautiful cards Bonnie and I love the glittery silhouette flower over the ink lifted background with that wonderful stencilling too, and then more of that pretty soft stencilling, and love the colour combo, and the added black flower stem and gold multi circle look so lovely over the top. x

These are just fantastic, Bonnie. I love alcohol backgrounds so I'd hesitate to stenci over one but it looks wonderful. I love how the stenciling goes outside the mat on the other one. Two beauties for sure. Thanks for sharing them with us at The Flower Challenge.

Gorgeous cards Bonnie, what a fabulous lift technique too! TFS the link, transferring the background to cardstock would make it so much easier to stamp etc! Love the colours you've used too, Cathy x

Bonnie, what beautiful backgrounds you created and both ended up on gorgeous cards! The first with the alcohol ink lift technique yielded a delightfully subtle background with circles behind the black die cut flowers. Love it! So glad you shared with us at The Flower Challenge!
