Hi there. I'm glad you stopped by.
I seem to have a large collection of leaf stamps, dies and even embossing folders.
I've had some fun times playing with them and thought I'd share them.
Two simple cards for my sympathy stash.
I've cut the branch from my favorite Tim Holtz Wildflower Dies from a piece
of Dirty Pour that Nance & I did way back when.
I used the die to emboss on the first card.
For the second, I Die cut from the background and inlaid the colored branch.
I embossed the cut out branch with my Subtle Texture Embossing Folder and
popped it on top.
This set was a gift and quickly became a favorite set!
I've inked with markers on mixed media paper and used a waterbrush to
blend the ink.
Before I go....I'm having trouble sending you notification of my blog posts. Evidently there is something on my site that thinks I'm spamming you. I have no idea what else I can do to prevent this. If you aren't getting email notification, that's why. I'm hoping it will straighten itself out. If not, I'll be posting but not able to let you know.
If you hear a scream in the distance, it's probably me! 😱
Thanks for the visit and special thanks for your comments.
Enjoy!

There’s something so restful about leaf images! I love your selection of cards Bonnie, especially that wonderful third one where the twigs look like twine. I have opted to use follow.it as an alternative feed delivery service - I mention it in case you want to check it out. So frustrating these changes to the way we blog when all we want to do is craft and share!! Vicky x
These are all just beautiful! Fresh and organic! Good luck on the email/blog thing!!! Lots of frustrated bloggers out there right now!
Bonnie, I adore leaves! Sometimes, I buy florals just for their gorgeous leaves! I have 5 huge Hydrangeas that have never flowered, but I keep because of their gorgeous leaves!
I think you have had so much fun playing in your leaves today - and every card is a beauty!
Your posts are arriving perfectly here, my friend!

beautiful collection of cards! As I scrolled through your post, I was happily surprised.
Just the way I like cards and why I started following you - well done and simple. Kind of like a good steak and potatoes.
Sandy xx
Wait! Wait! I did not mean I like my steak well done - I like it medium. But Bonnie I do believe you are a rare find!

These are some of my favorites of yours. I forgot about embossing with a die and I love that card. I have more leaf stamps and dies than anything and don't use them year round. These cards are beautiful inspiration.
A beautiful set of cards with different techniques. I like the 2nd one with the inlaid die cut and that verse. I am getting your e-mail notifications o.k.
Bonnie, wonderful trio of cards. I must admit I'm drawn to the 3rd card, your light watercolouring is gorgeous XX
Three fabulous cards, Bonnie! Love the way you used your old dirty pour to create those gorgeous leafy die cuts! And also love the way you used the cut out piece to emboss with on one card and then attach to the other card. I'm inspired!
What wonderful sympathy cards, Bonnie. I love the sentiment on the second one. I may have to check it out. I can see why you love the leaves on the birthday card, So soft and pretty. Your post are coming through fine to me. It seems there always has to be a glitch to make you appreciate it when things go well.
Bonnie, I learn so much from your posts...and this one is a great idea!...I love to inlay dies back into where they came from, but never EB'ed one. Beautiful samples!!
Three stunning cards, Bonnie. I love inlaid with a die, but also embossing with a die gives spectacular results. However, the biggest surprise is the third card, where you set this stamp horizontally. Contrary to expectations, but with such a wonderful result.
I am lucky to receive your notifications without a hitch. Thank you for each of your cards, he is always an inspiration to me.
xx
Love this set of cards, absolutely brilliant xx
What a gorgeous selection, Bonnie. I really like them all, Jo x
Three fantastic leaf themed cards Bonnie and two great techniques using the die cuts with the embossed die image for a background, and the inset leaves and embossed leaves on the second and the pretty stamped and coloured with the markers..all beautiful! x
You have a wonderful sense of design, Bonnie. All three cards are beautiful and once again you posted a card with a stamp set I can't live without! These are so well done!
Beautiful beautiful cards Bonnie - loving them all.
Stay safe
Blessings

Oh my gosh Bonnie...all three of these cards are absolutely GORGEOUS!! I've never tried dirty pour, but the leaf stems you die cut from it are SO pretty! CAS and absolutely beautiful cards my friend!! Hugs. :0)
Three leafy stunners, Bonnie!! Love the colors on the first two die cut branches and the stamped ones with horizontal line branches is my fave!!
What a wonderful collection... I adore the simplicity of leaves and how you used them. Have a lovely day!
These are stunning cards Bonnie! I am so loving the leaf images/dies. The first two are so comforting for sympathy cards. I love them! The birthday card is so pretty too and makes a wonderful birthday card. Love the "lines", looks like twine, but think you stamped it. Very cool look! I can see why this set has become a favorite! Oh technology, it can drive one crazy can't it?! I'm receiving notifications so far, so hopefully it will stay that way! Hugs, Brenda
Three fantastic cards, Bonnie, and each so very special. it's also easy to see why that last set became a favorite -- so beautiful!
As for the spamming, I have heard others say the same and found that google (e-mail) was not allowing mass "sends", so it may be that you have to break your list down into parts... and send a few notices.
All beautiful, Bonnie. Leaves are so versatile. The dirty pour leaves have amazing texture.
Beautiful cards Bonnie. LOVE the gorgeous leaves done from a dirty pour. The colours are so vibrant. The embossing adds some lovely background texture. Two wonderful sympathy cards! Your no-line watercoloured leaves are amazing. You have really mastered this technique, my friend! xx
I love how you've used the die cut in different ways on your first two fabulous cards Bonnie. Your last card is so delicate with wonderful water colouring x. Three amazing cards and I love them! x.
These cards are so lovely, Bonnie. The colours and the white space are perfect.
Oh yes, I love leaves too Bonnie... very creative use of the dies - 3 lovely card, Robyn
Count me a leaf fan, too. Your die cuts are gorgeous with the dirty pour green. I'm totally in love with the stamp on Card 3. More enabling. I follow you in Feedly and no problem there. I hope you resolve your email issue.
