My last card as Surprise Party Guest at Seize the Birthday.
I have really enjoyed my party time with this fun team.
Thank you so much for the honor and the warm welcome.
The balloons were cut from coated paper colored with Alcohol Pearls.
They have a wonderful shimmer that doesn't show up well in the photos.
The birthday was die cut from shaving cream & re-inker on coated paper.
The strings were tied on with DMC metallic thread.
It was all put on last month's 3D Embossing Folder from the Spellbinders club.
Oops. I had to go back and add something.
This is going to a very special almost 12 year old. It's hard to believe that Jack
is almost a teenager! Where did that time go?

What a festive and very fun birthday card for someone special Bonnie! I love the embossing folder and I love your inky papers you used to cut your balloons and numbers from. I still haven't done any shaving cream backgrounds, never seem to remember to buy the darn shaving cream. LOL I sure do love the look. I'm sure the pearl alcohol inks shimmer so nicely in real life. I don't know where time goes, kids are suddenly teens or all grown up and graduating! LOL I'm sure Jack loved his card! Hugs, Brenda

What a great card for your grandson Bonnie, and I love the shimmer and shine on the balloons and the shaving foam piece used for the numbers goes beautifully, and the 3D EF makes a terrific background. They grow up so quickly don't they. x

LOVE this! Your alcohol ink balloons look wonderful! Never thought to cut balloons from alcohol ink backgrounds. Hard to believe Jack is 12 alreeady. My stamping pal, Ryan just got his drivers license. Where did the time go? And lucky us to have their childhood spent with us.

Oh, I love the colors of the alcohol pearls, even without seeing the obviously-present-shimmer. They just look different from the normal alcohol inks. Your card is brilliant! Thank you so much for this awesome inspiration, Bonnie!
