Spring Flowers

Hi there.  I'm so glad you stopped by!

Spring has definitely arrived here.  Every day there is more green in the trees
and more yellow pollen on everything else!

This card was made from a design for this year's calendar.  You may remember it from
last month's Turning the Page.

I die cut it with a scallop and used a piece of patterned paper to peek out from  behind.

I thought that little ladybug would be eye catching.

The splatters are stamped.

Challenges:
Seize the Birthday #280 - Spring Flowers
Four Seasons - Spring
Time Out #260 - Striped

Card Recipe
Stamps: Splendiferous (PB), Handwritten Notes (PTI), Gorgeous Grunge (ret SU)
Ink:   Distress Markers, Early Espresso, Daffodil Delight, Pistachio Pudding
Paper:   Neenah Solar White, DSP (?)
Other:  Copics, Caran d'ache Supracolor Pencils, Circle Punches(for ladybug)

Enjoy!

I was so hoping to see another North Carolina, Blue Ridge Mountain Spring, Bonnie!
I adore your beautifully colored yellow tulips, and that little ladybug is second only to your darling stripes!

Wow, I love everything about your beautiful card Bonnie. Those yellow tulips are so pretty and I like how you have arranged them on the curved die cut, and added the cute ladybug. The striped yellow DSP also makes them shine. Thanks for sharing with us at Seize the Birthday.

Fabulous tulips and the scallop edged mat and added dp make a wonderful background Bonnie, and I love the added ladybird and lovely sentiment, and the bit of spattering over the background looks great. A beautiful springtime card. x

Such a gorgeous, cheerful spring card Bonnie - we get heavy pollen here in the spring also, as we are surrounded by pine forests...
